All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ress Clothing purchase as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Hygiene Restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Lingerie
- Nightwear
- Socks
Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact for returns to be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Shipping Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty items
Exchange Policy
