If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our process is designed to be as seamless as the comfort of our clothing.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, nightwear, and socks unless they are faulty. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact for returns to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Style Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days).

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred shipping method for returns:

  • Standard Return: Use any trackable carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at your own expense
  • Faulty Items: If returning a faulty item, we will provide a prepaid return label

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty items
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed, using your original shipping method

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Please follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange preferences in your email. For international exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
